Enquiry forms collect your name, phone number, requested service and preferred date and time. The scheduling form also collects a vehicle model and service address. These details are used for the enquiry and coordination; they are not sent to website analytics tools.

After your consent, submission attempts to send these details to the LegoTech enquiry system used by the business. That system can also notify the business by email and Telegram. A separate WhatsApp draft opens; sending it is a separate action. Cancelling that draft does not undo an enquiry already sent through the form.

If sufficient server acknowledgement is not received, the enquiry may be stored in this browser for another attempt. The queue is limited to 20 entries, with retries limited to entries from the last seven days. Clearing site data removes local copies, not information already received by the business.

The website stores a light/dark display preference locally. The fuel ticker contacts an external LegoTech data service; external images and WhatsApp links are also subject to their providers’ policies. The forms do not request payment or card details.
