A.M Road Services provides mobile assistance to drivers in greater Tel Aviv and central Israel. You can request help at home, at work, in a parking area or at a roadside location. Whether a job can be completed there depends on the problem, vehicle model and safe access to the vehicle.
Mobile Tire Shop
On-site puncture repair starts with checking whether the tire can be repaired safely. Describe loss of pressure, a foreign object or visible damage. A puncture does not necessarily mean a repair is possible; the technician must assess the tire and the damage.
Batteries to Go
For mobile battery replacement, provide the vehicle model and describe the starting problem. Battery compatibility and stock need confirmation before attendance. Not every starting fault is caused by the battery, so replacing it cannot be promised as the solution in advance.
Tire Installation
Mobile tire installation requires selecting a suitable replacement. Send the tire size and vehicle model for an appropriate quotation. Brand, availability, final price and the feasibility of balancing at your location must be confirmed individually.
Wrong Fuel Removal
After filling with the wrong fuel, do not start the engine. Tell the team which fuel was added, which fuel the vehicle requires and whether the engine has already run. Fuel removal does not guarantee that no damage occurred or that no further workshop work will be needed.
Wheel Swap
For a wheel change, state whether you have a usable spare and give your exact location. Safe working space and access to the vehicle equipment matter. If there is no suitable spare, ask about repair or a replacement tire rather than assuming a wheel swap is possible.
24h Mobile Mechanic
The mobile mechanic service is for light repairs and assistance that can be performed at the vehicle. Describe warning lights and symptoms without attempting unsafe work. More complex faults may require a workshop; the team must confirm suitability.
Roadside Assistance
Roadside help includes jump-start assistance, lockouts and emergency fuel where appropriate. Explain the fault, location and vehicle type. For a locked vehicle, coordinate with the business and provide the information it needs to establish entitlement to the service.
Road Rescue
For a Tesla or another electric vehicle, provide the exact model and condition of the car. Lifting equipment and lifting points must suit the vehicle. This does not imply manufacturer authorization or a service for repairing high-voltage batteries.

Prepare your name, callback number, exact location, vehicle model and a short description of the problem. For a new tire, include the size printed on the tire. The scheduling form lets you request a preferred time; it does not reserve an appointment. For urgent assistance, call rather than wait for an automatic confirmation.
